Terms and Conditions for Copeland Fabric and Wool Craft Classes for Adults.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in craft classes offered by Copeland Fabric and Wool (hereafter referred to as “the Provider”). By enrolling in a class, participants (hereafter referred to as “the Participant”) agree to abide by these terms.
2. Class Details
Classes are available for adults aged 18 and over.
Prices start from £5 per hour, with specific pricing depending on the type of class and materials provided.
Class schedules will be published on the Provider’s website and may vary based on demand.
3. Registration and Payment
Participants must register for classes in advance through the Provider’s website or designated registration platform.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment numbers are not met, in which case participants will receive a full refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the class start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Provider.
5. Materials and Supplies
The Provider will supply all necessary materials unless otherwise specified in the class description.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own tools or supplies if they prefer, but this must be communicated during registration.
6. Conduct During Classes
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors and fellow participants.
The Provider reserves the right to remove any participant from a class who exhibits disruptive behavior without refund.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in classes, participants acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The Provider is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during classes.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
