Returns & Refunds Policy
Copeland Fabric & Wool
At Copeland Fabric & Wool, we take great care to provide high-quality fabrics, yarns, and haberdashery. As a small, family-run business, we truly appreciate your understanding of our returns policy, which helps us continue to offer a personal and reliable service.
Terms of Return
Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned within 7 days of approval.
State of Return
Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in their original condition, with any labels or packaging intact.
For fabric, this means it must not have been cut, washed, or altered in any way.
Wool and yarn must be unwound and unused.
Reasons for Return
We are happy to accept returns for:
Faulty or damaged items
Incorrect items supplied
Please note:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on cut fabric, sale items, or specially ordered items unless they are faulty.
Colour and texture variations can occur due to screen settings and dye lots; these are not considered faults.

Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
