Terms and Conditions for Copeland Fabric and Wool Craft Classes for Adults.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in craft classes offered by Copeland Fabric and Wool (hereafter referred to as “the Provider”). By enrolling in a class, participants (hereafter referred to as “the Participant”) agree to abide by these terms.

2. Class Details

Classes are available for adults aged 18 and over.
Prices start from £5 per hour, with specific pricing depending on the type of class and materials provided.
Class schedules will be published on the Provider’s website and may vary based on demand.

3. Registration and Payment

Participants must register for classes in advance through the Provider’s website or designated registration platform.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment numbers are not met, in which case participants will receive a full refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the class start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Provider.

5. Materials and Supplies

The Provider will supply all necessary materials unless otherwise specified in the class description.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own tools or supplies if they prefer, but this must be communicated during registration.

6. Conduct During Classes

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors and fellow participants.
The Provider reserves the right to remove any participant from a class who exhibits disruptive behavior without refund.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in classes, participants acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The Provider is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during classes.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

Terms and Conditions for Copeland Fabric and Wool Kids Craft Classes

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of children in the Kids Craft Club at Copeland Fabric and Wool, commencing on Saturday, 1st February 2025. By enrolling your child in our program, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility The Kids Craft Club is open to children aged 5 to 16 years. Participants will be divided into three age groups:

5 to 8 Years: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
8 to 11 Years: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
11 to 16 Years: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

3. Enrollment and Fees To enroll your child in the Kids Craft Club, a monthly fee of £80 is required. This fee covers all necessary craft materials and equipment for the duration of the classes. Payment must be made in advance at the beginning of each month.

4. Class Size and Supervision Each class will have a maximum of 16 children to ensure personalized attention from our experienced staff members. All staff are trained in child supervision and have undergone thorough DBS checks.

5. Safety Policies Safety is our top priority. We maintain a safe environment for all participants through:

Regular safety drills.
First aid trained staff present during all sessions.
Emergency contact information collected from parents or guardians upon enrollment.

6. Attendance Policy Parents are encouraged to ensure their children attend classes regularly. If a child cannot attend a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment, please notify us at least one week before the start of the next billing cycle for a full refund of that month’s fee. No refunds will be issued after this period.

8. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow students. Any form of bullying or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the class without refund.

9. Liability Waiver By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that Copeland Fabric and Wool is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in activities related to the Kids Craft Club unless due to negligence on our part.

10. Changes to Terms Copeland Fabric and Wool reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary, with prior notice provided via email or posted announcements at our facility.
